Back in 2005, "remote working" wasn’t a common term. People doing it would simply say they were traveling for work or optimizing their schedules to avoid disruptions.
But for us, it wasn’t just a workaround – it was the future of work.
Starting our careers as early adopters of remote work, we learned firsthand how to navigate its challenges and unlock its potential. Over time, we improved our skills and built deep expertise, living the evolution of work from remote “exceptions” to today’s widespread hybrid setups.
Fast forward to now: we are a team of management consultants with decades of collective experience in remote work, organizational transformation, and leadership. We’ve seen it all – the pitfalls, the possibilities, and the gaps that still need addressing in today’s remote-first world.
This journey inspired us to develop a certification and training program designed to help freelancers, employees, and organizations succeed in remote environments.
